These risks include, but are not limited to, physical exertion, risk of injury, muscle strain, equipment malfunction, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.

By signing below, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in classes at Your Happy Space and agree to the following:

  1. Medical Clearance: I confirm that I am physically able to participate in Pilates and other related activities and have consulted with a physician if necessary.

  2. Personal Responsibility: I agree to listen to my body and follow all instructions provided by the instructor. I will inform instructors of any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before class.

  3. Release of Liability: I release and discharge Your Happy Space, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, causes of action, or demands arising from my participation, including those arising from negligence.

  4. Property and Belongings: I understand that Your Happy Space is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, United States of America without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Iron County, Utah.
