FAQs

  • Welcome to Your Happy Space! No matter where you are starting from we want to make sure that you feel comfortable. Most of our classes are open to any level or mood you may be in. We have some information on the class description page that can help give you an idea of what to expect.

With that being said, Reformer 101 is a great place to start if you are new to the reformer. This class goes over the equipment as well as the foundational movements so you can go into another class with confidence.

You must be 18 to take a class at Your Happy Space.

No children, friends/family who do not have a reservation are allowed to remain unattended or to “watch” the class for liability and privacy reasons.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class. This will give you enough time to check in, find your reformer, and familiarize yourself with the equipment. Grip socks are required, and water is suggested. If you forget your grip socks or don’t have any, don’t worry. We have socks for sale in the studio. Water is for sale in the studio as well.

No studs, pearls, zippers on your leggings or socks- for your safety and also to protect the equipment.

At 5 min past the start time empty reformers will be given to our waitlisted/stand by guests, you will be turned away and marked as a no show (also a no show fee applies). No exceptions.

Check in on your app or at the kiosk iPad to ensure you aren’t marked as a “no show” and charged accordingly.

  • We use a booking system for all account management, purchases, and bookings. It’s integrated into our website, & app. The app is preferred because you can purchase, book, cancel and more including picking your spot, adding on water or socks to your reservation, track your class count and much more!

We do not take any reservations or cancelations over the phone. If you need to change your time, cancel your current reservation and rebook- there is not a way to “move or swap” your time. Each class only has a limited # of spots so you will need to release one and then find another- a late cancel fee will apply if you do this less than 4 hours to class start time.

  •  Classes can can fill up quickly! You’re welcome to join our waitlist to (hopefully) grab your spot if someone else cancels.

You’ll be notified via email if we have a spot open up,, keep an eye out when you know you are on a waitlist as it can open up and add you automatically up to 45 min before class, if that’s not enough notice for your schedule we suggest you don’t place yourself on the waitlist or cancel when your plans change or you go to bed if its early, If you do get added and no show you will be charged a $20 fee, if you get added and late cancel you will be charged a $15 fee as with any reservation.

  • Always check with your doctor before proceeding with a class.

Only you know your body! We want you to move in ways that make you stronger & we believe every body is capable BUT If something doesn’t work for you – that’s ok.

  • This depends on how many times a week you visit and how consistent you are. At least 2-4 times a week will give you the best results. Like Joseph Pilates said, “In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference, and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body.”
